His success came from his obsession to achieve the impossible dream and desire to belong to something big overcoming turmoil and setback. Children and parents regardless, whether or not they play soccer, should see this amazing story which resonates more now than ever due to the dependence on coaches placed on players and solutions based team/tactical/systems coaching, access to over saturated online training content and overall lack of individual imagination in modern society where the joy and art of 'play' has almost been lost.
